Come out of
Sheffield
station, follow the water feature. Ahead of you and to the left you will see the the Showroom cinema.
Head for the cinema and walk up the right hand side of the cinema, this is Brown Street. you'll
pass the defunct National Centre for Popular Music - (now
Sheffield Hallam University Students Union) on your right (photo).
The
studio entrance is 100 meters past the building on the opposite side of the
road. It a small door between the "Site Gallery" with the big 'X' (see

From M1 come off at Junction 33 and follow signs for Sheffield
Centre (A 630) dual carriageway all the way in (1 speed camera)
you eventually come to a large roundabout with traffic lights.
Take the 3rd Exit signed A61 south (Chesterfield/ train station)
after a few hundred meters you'll pass the station on your
left, keep in the left lane and follow Suffolk Road. Turn right
onto St Mary's Road and take the One O'Clock fork up Matilda
Street. At the next lights turn right onto Shoreham Street and
immediately on your left is a car park.
From
Manchester follow the A57 over the wonderful Snake Pass and
when you get to the large roundabout just past the University
you're on the map. Turn right onto the A6134 and turn right at
the second roundabout onto Eyre St then right at the roundabout
onto Furnival Street. At the bottom turn left for the studio or
right for the car park.
. Turn right as
you pass the university then find the station or do the long way
via the M62 and M1...
Parking there's a glut of NCPs around probably the easiest and emptiest
is behind the AVEC building which is past the studio over the first junction
and on your left hand side.
